Then there should be a second exe fle with the bully icon called testapp. Run that I'm getting an error 1628 when trying to install that patch, but testapp is already in the steam folder, although it's an earlier version than 1.2. No idea if it's stable or not since I would have to start a new game(the world doesn't render probably when I load a save).
